About

I help SaaS companies and startups build, scale, and stabilise Ruby on Rails applications, from early MVPs to production systems used at scale.

I’m a remote Lead Engineer at an Australian SaaS company and a former startup co-founder with a successful exit. I design maintainable Rails architectures, improve performance and reliability, reduce technical debt pragmatically, and help teams make sound technical decisions under real business constraints.

I work best with growing or stabilising products where clarity and incremental improvement matter. I mentor engineers, strengthen engineering standards, and take end-to-end ownership in distributed teams.
